The aim is to spread good music to fans across the globe and not to build any Fandom or Army. Music is like Tomaranai Kanransha (止まらない観覧車).. A "Never-ending Ferris Wheel.
Music knows no language. Personally my collections includes a wide variety of songs in languages such as English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and few others.
Humble beginnings: Personally, my knowledge of Japanese is not even basic. I do understand some words here and there but that's it. Korean is zero. But as I started watching/listening I got used to it. I don't tend to seek a lot when it comes to knowing what the song / lyrics are about. Just the music, composition, how they lyrically rhyme and singing output and delivery is key for me!
My introduction to JPop has strong roots from Japanese Anime Intro and Outro that I followed on TV between 1996 - 2002 and stayed on till 2017. It is only after 2017 that I really got stuck into JPop and KPop through some reading on internet, research, YouTube videos, random sampling on Apple Music and started following in a more dedicated manner.

The main concentration is core JPop and KPop (Idol Based), JMusic and JRock. But hey, you can't catch follow them all...
Why JPop...?? The Music! Far superior to anything i've heard. I combines excellently composed tunes with Pop, Electropop, EDM, Synth, Dance Pop mixed with Rock and Classial instruments (Violins, Piano, Ska, Jaaz elements). While the singing is largely done by groups (Idols) as a combined efforts there are a few stand out singers, apart from great solo artists.
Why KPop...?? It's the most happening music of the last decade. A ton of Quality singing talent is to be unearthed, thanks to YouTube. Legendary KPop Artists, Groups with individual singing traits thats instantly recognisable... not to mention the overwhelming fanbase and fandoms. Definitely, very promising. The music is outsourced from Europe/US and is Bop infested which is a downer, but that's KPop for you. A Genre in itself, if you are not into it then you are missing something!
In KPop, top female groups like TWICE, GFRIEND, (G)I-DLE, Girls Generation, BOL4, ITZY, Red Velvet, MOMOLAND, Orange Caramel, VIVIZ to name a few.
Also a dedicated KPop profile and featured hits page for 2NE1, BTS, BLACKPINK, Big Bang, BERRYGOOD, EXO, IZ*One, SHINee and SiSTAR. Also a host of Specials like Chartbusters, Superstars and Simply KPop Best Compilations.
