Nakada Kana Graduation?

Nakada Kana has announced her intention of graduating from Nogizaka46 recently (July 10 to be exact) over on FM-FUJI radio show called Chinmoku no Kinyoubi. 

The official graduation date from the Group's Management is yet to be confirmed. This will be another big Nogizaka46 graduation after Shiraishi Mai who announced her's earlier this year.

Here's what she had to say:  

 “Looking back at my idol life for the past nine years, I did a lot of what I wanted to do and thanks to everyone, I was able to do what I wanted.  I am satisfied as an idol.  I feel quite positive that I decided to graduate at this time.  I haven’t decided on a specific graduation date.  I’m in the middle of discussions, but I feel like somewhere towards the end of the year.”

"We are still discussing the exact date of my graduation, but I am thinking sometime within the year. After graduation, I honestly have no plans, but will think about it while considering the situation."

Nakada Kana is from Saitama in Japan. One of the 1st Generation members, has always been Miss 100% when it comes to her performance, be it, Singing or Dancing for Nogizaka46. 

Little bit more about Nakada Kana:

• She absolutely adores Japanese Idols and proud to be one. 
• She is an emotional personal and gives the best expression in her performances. 
• She is the undisputed leader of Nogizaka46's Under group in my books. 
• She talks well in all the Variety TV Shows and has also got good stage presence. 
• She is good at Baton twirling and Wotagei.
• She is part of Matsumura Sayuri's Sayuringo Army Corps. 
• She has starred in the movie Asahinagu (2017) as Asahi’s classmate 1 and in TV Drama Hatsumori Bemars (TV Tokyo / 2015) as Kakeru Pegasus (ep.5 & 12).

Nogizaka46 Singles:

Unfortunately, she has tasted little success in the Nogizaka46 Senbatsu selection for their Singles. 

Out of the 25 Singles released she has made it into Senbatsu a total of 8 times including twice in the Fukujin spots. In other times she has fairly remained as an Under Member.

The story-line follows a little girl. She dreams of performing on stage one day. The little girl is later revealed to be Nakada Kana. The MV features all the Under Members performing along with Nakada Kana. At the end of the video the little girl's tearful father applauds in appreciation of her performance.
