"Sekaijuu no Rinjin yo" MV
"Sekaijuu no Rinjin yo" (世界中の隣人よ) MV was released on May 24, 2020 on Nogizaka46 official YouTube channel. It has so far (as of 21st June) garnered more than 3 million views and will cross to the 4 million mark in a few days. The digital single was released on June 17th.
In this MV, Nogizaka46 call people to prevent the spread of COVID-19 through their new song which literally translates to "Neighbor around the world". The song has a beautiful piano melody, urging people to "Stay Home", practice social distancing, self-restraint, gratitude for medical staff and do their part to curb the spread of Coronavirus.

The MV is a collage of the group members past and present all singing their parts with video captured in a selfie mode. Zoom Meeting has been their preferred Online Communications Partner.
The MV show the usually busy streets and tourist destinations all deserted due to the Pandemic.
Also featured is the famous Jingu Stadium (where Nogizaka46 has performed many Live Shows) with empty stands! The groups hopes to bounce back and perform for the fans once the Pandemic is under control or over.
At the end of the Video, the 4 most prominent Centers are featured one by one as they were chosen for the singles released. First Ikoma Rina, then a brief pause with the Song Title and next up it was Nishino Nanase, Shiraishi Mai and finally Saito Asuka!

Akimoto Manatsu, the current Nogizaka46 captain further explained:
"This time, in response to the spread of the new Coronavirus, we wondered if we could do anything for Nogizaka46, so we decided to announce the song "Neighbors around the world". It was one song that the members and graduates made together, and the music video was shot remotely at each place such as at home, etc. It will be a song that everyone who listens to will have a little hope I would be happy if that happened."
