SKE48 30th Single

SKE48 will released their 30th single titled "Zettai Inspiration" on October 5th under Avex Trax.

Announcement: The single was was announced on July 15 during the group's live stream via YouTube.

Graduations:

SKE48 Top Member Suda Akari will be graduating after this single. Suda said "I didn't think I would be participating in the last single, so I was able to slide in just in time. I am ecstatic to be participating. Type A will include Suda Akari's graduation song! I'm not sure what kind of song it will be yet, but I hope we can enjoy it together!"

Another popular SKE48 member Furuhata Nao, who will be leaving the group in September, will not be participating in this single.

Zettai Inspiration: The center is Hinano Aomi, a member of the 9th generation of Team S.

A love song that makes you feel your destiny, triggered by an accidental event. Watch out for the sharp "flash dance" that has a sharp contrast between movement and stillness like a flashlight! The members are seen singing and dancing on a sky bridges that intersects in between.

Musically it's not something new. It has been recycled from previous AKB48 group tracks, but kind of presented in a new way which makes is good to listen. The track overall is good and is a welcome relief to fans as not much is shining through the SKE48 stable these days. Best song on the single for sure.

New Ager: The new generation is coming on stage! Find the freshness of Nagoya, with Yune Hara and members of the 9th, 10th and 11th generation, in the video video " New Ager ", available in the B versions. Hara Yune is a SKE48 Kenkyuusei who joined as 11th generation member of SKE48 in April and chosen as Center for New Ager.

Type-B's coupling song "New Ager," sees 24 members from the 9th to 11th generations participate. The 11th generation member, Yune Hara, is the center looking Kawaii (Cute), and the members in uniforms fly around the school in a refreshing video.

Hara Yune had a hard time remembering the choreography and was worried about being the center, but she said with a smile, "My seniors and colleagues were very kind, and I was able to enjoy the shoot." Although it was raining in the morning, it was miraculously sunny during the shooting of the dancing scene, and it was very hot.

Kataomoi Forever: Although Airi Nakano and her friends sing about unrequited love, the fans' love for these young girls is eternal! Find now the clip " Kataomoi Forever ", which will be available in the C versions of the single.

Nakano shyly said, "I was surprised that I was the center. Watashi no Arukikata: Akari Suda, who recently announced her graduation from the group, puts in an outstanding performance for her solo song “ Watashi no Arukikata ”, available in the A versions of the single. Something to celebrate the last moments of the performer as a member of SKE48 in style!

"Watashi no Tokei" in the Theatrical edition includes 10th generation Hayashi Mimio's solo song. Hayashi commented, “It’s a very pop song with a strong message.

Sales/Charts:

According to ORICON NEWS, the single sold 194,647 copies on Oricon Daily Singles Chart and blasts in at No. 1 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100, dated Oct. 12, selling 298,021 CDs in its first week.

The single will be released in seven different types: Limited Editions: A, B, C (This edition comes with a bonus DVD); Regular Editions: A, B, C, and a Theater Edition.
