Hinatazaka46 - Sonna Koto Nai Yo

Hinatazaka46 release their 4th Single titled Sonna Koto Nai Yo (ソンナコトナイヨ) on February 19th, 2020 under Sony Music Labels Inc. featuring 6 songs with a running length of 27 minutes (Type A, Type B, Type C & Regular/Special Editions) - EP. As far as sales goes they are doing pretty well. That is good news for the group.

Quick Review: Sonna Koto Nai Yo is a typical Nogizaka46 style tempo change title track, featuring guitar solo, slow bits, great chorus. Listen closely and you can feel some bits of Nogizaka46 "Under" main verse. If it would have maintained a single flow of main verse it could have been a 5 Star hit track.

Nazee is a good track to listen to. What I noticed is that "Suki toiu koto wa" is sort of a copy of Keyakizaka46's "Sekai No Wa Ai Shika Nai", well at least the main bit/chorus. Having said that it is the best track of the single. "Kimi no tame nani ga dekiru darou" is a typical Hinatazaka46 song. Seishun no Uma & Mado Wo Aketenakutemo are OK.

Seishun no Uma is the Opening Song for Hinatazaka46 Drama Series called DaSaDa.

Not to be critical to group members, but I kind of feel this is a refurbished Sakamichi46 Series single. Composers need to get some new stuff out. Aki-p & Co.: Don't screw up tracks with tempo changes.
