Best of Kamiyado

KAMIYADO, a.k.a KMYD, is a J-Pop group fmbased in Harajuku Tokyo. They were formed in September 2014. The name KAMIYADO originates from Japanese Kanji, "Kami/神" from Meiji Shrine (明治神宮) and, "Yado/宿" from Harajuku (原宿). Their acronym KMYD, stands for, "Kawaii! Max! Yell! Dream!". They are signed to LABEL - Nippon Crown and are managed by AGENCY - UUUM.

Their official debut was in June 2015 with the release of their first limited single.

Their sister group Hiragana KAMIYADO that debuted on June 29, 2019.

Musically this group is the most unpredictable. I found their musical style is quite extensive, experimenting a lot. From contemporary JPop, to core JPop Idol, to KPop 'ly good, to Toddler Kawaii, Kawaii Cute and even have had a dig at FESTIVE group's style.

Caramel Sweet:

This song as sweet as it can get. Very KPop like song with nice melody, good guitar, bass and drum work punctuating throughout the song backed up by excellent vocals. Brilliantly picturised with an American style Drive-in/ Restaurant/ Amusement Park locations in Nasu Highland Park, beautifully shot MV with excellent lighting and camera work. A faultless song and undoubtedly the best song by Kamiyado. It was released as a Digital Single in July, 2021 and part of Album: THE LIFE OF GIRLS.

Ohikae Nasutte Kamiyado de Gozaru

This is most definitely another hilarious yet cool song by Kamiyado. Set in a Japanese Shrine with plenty of Graphics eyewash is a good enjoyable MV. The music is on lines of FESTIVE group's and Japanese traditional style, with a touch of modern J-Pop, not bad at all. Overall another good song.

Boku wa Platina

This is another song that throws a whole new style into the mix. A mix of modern mainstream JPop with KPop influence, this is another great song by Kamiyado. Totally takes you by surprise!! You wouldn't mind more of these for sure

Conversation Fancy

The Ridiculously Girly Conversation song that reeks Kawaii Cute in all its glory. No comments. It was released as a Single in February 2019.
